• Preparation of technical proposal and commercial proposal for Tender submission and evaluation.
• Client visits / Site visit for business development.
• Management of Project execution at site, arranging necessary permits and organizing necessary trainings for personnel and ensuring execution of project as per documents.
• Resource planning for projects and liaison with clients for HSE related issues and timely completion of project activities.
• Lifting calculations, Transport calculations, Weighing calculations, Method statements, Rigging Studies, Transport studies, Route survey, Site Visit.
• Prepare crane assembly procedure and Load test procedure.
• Ground preparation drawing and Ground bearing calculation (using with Cranimax and Liccon job planning software and Auto CAD tools.
• Select appropriate equipment for projects as per the manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Review inquiries and tender to advise suitable equipment and duration for inquires / projects.
• Prepare rigging studies, transport studies and barge layout.
• Prepare stowage plan, mooring drawing, lashing and sea fastening calculations
• Prepare method statement for projects.
• Prepare project planning schedule.
• Analysis all project related technical issues.
• Organizing the documentation of incoming and outgoing drawing files.
