• Conducting presentations to provide information to new clients on their policies as well as existing clients on renewed policies.
• Liaising with major clients; General Motors, ADNOC, Dubai Airport, Fly Dubai, Mashreq Bank etc., regularly and interacting with HR heads and respective employees to resolve enquiries, clarifications and provide information on policies and claims.
• Handling requests on card issuance, additions and deletions of members of major clients such as ADNOC, Etisalat, Fly Dubai, Meydaan, Agility, Dubai World Trade Centre, Mashreq Bank, Aramex, Fly Dubai.
• Delegating tasks to colleagues and provide direction for the department as Team Leaders
• Liaising with necessary departments to ensure smooth running and improvements on client Out Bound work flow within the delegated turn-around time.
• Developing and enhancing relationship with Small & Medium Enterprise Clients & Brokers such as: Marsh Insco, Nasco, Alpha Lloyds, Emirates Insurance, etc.
• Dealing pro-actively with daily operations, inquiries related to medical claims. Interacting and following up claim reimbursements with the Medical and Accounts Department for timely processing and disbursements.
• Responding to and resolving queries of clients concerning policies, hospital benefits, medical cards, claims, pre-approvals, claims, etc.
• Ensuring maximum satisfaction level of clients in compliance to the companies SLA.
• Preparing Monthly reports on claims - accepted or rejected, addition/deletions, population statistics, work turn-around time, etc.
