Production Engineer (PE/PP Wax Plant)
• Responsible for the production and quality while achieving the maximum productivity and safety standards.
• Handling the plant independently with all the responsibilities of supply of raw materials and maintenance, as well as providing the best working environment.
• Responsible for continuous improvement on production process.
• Supervise, lead and motivate production staff, operators & technicians to meet operation targets.
• Preparing management information reports to ensure progress in the department.
• Supervise plant utilities like chillers, RO, boiler and arrange maintenance schedules for all utilities.
• Lab testing, viscosity testing on Brooke’s field viscometer.
• Issuing MR and looking after all spare parts needed for plant.
