• Successful completion of end to end CP process (pre qualification, developed contracting strategy, tendering, negotiation, agreement) for purchase of CNG plants and deployment of plants at Retail sites.

• Implemented HSSE Standards & policies at Retail sites in Pakistan.

• Conducted Accident investigations, review and reported all accidents and to ensure that learning of accident investigations is shared within the organization.
• Developed and implemented yearly & 5 yearly HSSE strategic objectives and plans, monitoring of plans/targets to ensure continuous improvement.
• Developed HSSE Competencies of staff, identified the gaps and developed the training matrix. Arranged HSSE training courses for staff.
