a. Big Data ecosystem migration from on-premises to Azure Cloud (started Aug`21) - the objective is to
migrate Cloudera Hadoop and Informatica BDM from on-premises to Azure Cloud in a Hybrid model with
all the data sources and Security components still being on prem.

• January 2016 to July 2018

It`s lift & shift model with version upgrade for Cloudera from CDH 6.3.3 to CDP 7.2.x version as PaaS. VMs
are being spun up by Cloudera predefined Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates with some components
like DataHub & DataLake on VMs and DataWarehouse (CDW), Data Engineering (CDE) and Machine
Leaning (CML) on Azure Kubernetes Services.
Informatica version 10.4.1.3 is being deployed.
Around 100 TB migrated using Cloudera`s Replication Manager tool from on premise CDH to Azure CDP.
Extensive data migration was made and followed. Entire meta data, data lineage and security, permissions &
privileges are also being migrated from Sentry to Ranger.
Workload is being migrated and switched over in a phased manner to minimize the risk to BAU of the Bank.
b. Cloudera CDH migration from CDH 5.15.2 to CDH 6.3.3.
c. Big Data platform setup - Data from multiple sources (50+) were ingested using best practices of data
management and governance to setup Cloudera data lake for Customer 360 attributes. Single platform is
being used to host multiple tenants and offer central management of data storage, process and analysis.
Data Science use cases - Machine learning technique were used to implement Next Best Product, Next Best
Offer, Churn Analytics, 1-On-1 Pricing for Personal Finance for predicting and forecasting results.
SAP HANA- For superfast query & dashboarding SAP HANA in-memory appliance is being commissioned
SAP Hybris Marketing tool was used for customer 360 analysis, segmentation and channel journey.
d. Annual Platform support - managing Cloudera, Informatica BDM & SAP Hybris, SAP HANA
Managing account delivery and liaising with Sales team for upsell & cross-sell ensuring successful execution of current
projects within the finalized timeline and budget. Hybrid (offshore - onshore) delivery model with offshore teams spread
across global geographical locations India, Poland, Philippines, Australia, Turkey and UK.

Overseas Operations CBS Implementation & Support (Mumbai & London) -
Syndicate Bank has a branch in London. The project was for Finacle CBS implementation with Treasury, Internet
Banking, Mobile Banking, AML and Data Archival Solution along with the hardware and network solutions. Hewlett
Packard (HP) was system integrator (SI). Branch went live with all the applications and it`s now in support and
maintenance phase.
Managed the account delivery and successfully completed the program.
