Material Expeditor & Logistic Supervisor
Procurement & Trading Department (Project Materials Supply division)
 My main objective as a Material Expediter/Logistics Supervisor to work without wasting time and money and timely delivery coordination of the day to day expediting activities based upon PO/WO/DO and delivery criticality in conjunction with the Procurement Departments. Developing long term partnership with supplier’s performance to ensure meeting of service cost delivery quality & quantity. 
 Provide an interface between Suppliers and the project team to ensure all documentation and requirements that are specified in the purchase order are delivered in accordance with agreed schedule (Documentation, includes signed PO, acknowledgments, engineering, procurement manufacturing fabrication, drawings)
 Liaising with third party inspection intermediate with factory & finally QA/QC department to ensures that all materials for each planned task as listed on each work packed /job card of materials is checked, correctly identified and available to meet the requirements of the construction schedule. Coordinate shipping release between QA/QC and engineering. To receive a copy of inspection reports, in order to input any relevant any relevant progress/delay/damages/variations/potential problems into the expediting module coordinate shipping release between QA/QC and engineering. Planning and negotiating with freight forwarders and shipping lines, transport companies for rates. Prepared and generated master work schedule and monitored the actual progress of the schedule. 
 Coordinate shipments of materials with shipping lines/freight forwarders for custom clearance import/export containerize and bulk materials land, sea & air. Receiving and transporting loading/offloading materials for oil & gas petrochemical plants, power plants. Actively involved in dispatch planning of all finished goods minimum delivery cost, ensuring delivery commitments to all customers.
