-Writing, editing and sending Art Dubai’s monthly e-newsletters to over 45, 000
subscribers and managing feedback
-Coordinating with major e-news platform ‘e-flux’ for all of Art Dubai’s announcements
-Handling all press requests from local, regional and international media
Fair Documentation:
-Casting new photographers and videographers as well as maintaining established connections
-Identifying press angles for documentation and ensuring all aspects of the fair are covered
-Creating targets and timelines for photographers and videographers
-Liaising on-site with photographers on incoming press requests including individual art works and artist profiles
-Responsible for photographers/videographers’ on-site and back stage access
Art Dubai Database:
-Seasonal overhaul of Art Dubai’s press database
-Responsible for keeping Art Dubai’s press database up-to-date
