• In 2021, Contributed in different fronts of the segment´s growth strategy: Great business development mind-set - Led selection of new distributors in Asia, brought new ideas for application development, innovation projects and supported important relationship development with big customers globally. Supported Asia Sales team constantly but also at the same time have developed relationships with other regions (South America, MEA) in his global role.
• Developed 2 new products / applications for Feed Industry and introduced in the market. Trained sales team, distributors and business partners about the new product / applications with value proposition. Also developed supporting application of ROI calculation for new developments.
• Helped and supported Commercial team to enter in new markets in different regions. Completed all the regional sales plans and discussed with RSMs. Highlighted the real sales potential in different regions and incorporated in sales targets. Modified the feed formulation for dairy cows and accomplished better FCR.

Formulated Mineral Mixture for dairy cows and got better results and lower cost as compared to the market brand.
