With the transition from Qatar Telecom to Ooredoo, I oversee and manager overall digital media strategy and roll-out of the digital brand across 17 markets. Some Key responsibilities include:

• Development and deployment of Digital brand and media strategy both at a Group as well as Opco level across North Africa, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
• Launched the first ever group website for Ooredoo (www.ooredoo.com). Includes 3rd party digital agency liaison in terms of CMS platform, design, brand guidelines, testing across various OS’s and devices (desktop/mobile), and further development of a responsive site.
• Complete content development and management of the group website and ownership of the site CMS.
• Managing all website analytics and monitoring customer journeys online to identify opportunities to maximize online content effectiveness and improving customer UI and UX.
• Developing via a 3rd party vendor the first ever DAMS (digital Asset Management System) for group wise deployment in 17 OpCos across the globe, this will be turn-key online solution for management of the Ooredoo brand and best practices.
• Formulating a group level digital media strategy thereby integrating a consistent digital brand across all Ooredoo markets.
• Development of group digital brand manuals which include complete digital brand guidelines, website development, social media guidelines, microsite development, market websites, and iconography.
• Providing strategic direction to all digital and social media support channels and oversee production of all digital collateral, presentations, promotional videos and websites.
