•Part of the project sales team, which is responsible of selling registered projects to foreign and local investors.
•Widen Developer/investors network.
•Register projects in the centers database, and find potential investors for project takeover, Bulk sale, or partnership.

•Conducting site inspections to projects enrolled in DLD and conduct in house report of the project status.

•Part of Sustainable project “Dubai Sustainable City” which was launched during cityscape 2012, and has been part of DLD sustainability criteria setting.

-Lead Meetings with Project Developers searching for new investment opportunities in Dubai Land Department.
-Consult new bussiness investors in choosing investments.
-Supervise negotiations between investors, developers, and get finalizing terms of agreement.
-Through knowledge on Dubai’s rules and regulations involving developers, and projects.
-Conduct explanatory presentations for potential investors.
-In charge of approving projects to be enrolled in the I.P.C.
-Conduct technical reports for registered projects.

-Joined the construction of two substation projects at different phases.
-setting out, leveling and surveying the site.
-Supervising site activities.
-checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
-checking daily, weekly, and monthly reports and other relevant documents (inspection reports, permits…etc)
-Updating the project schedule.
-Effective drawings reading, and site inspection based on specifications.

•Supervising operators during cementing pipes inspection.
•Supervision of rig cementing process.
•Choosing appropriate chemicals for the job.
•Identify soil characteristics of rig region.
