 Undertake and support the complex investigation to assist with service call closure within SLA and timely problem resolution and engaging Third level escalation for technical incidents impacting service delivery to customers and staff.
 Pro-actively participate in assigned roles (i.e., Incident, Problem, change, release, configuration etc.).
 Developing standardized processes and High-Level support Documents for knowledge sharing with team members.
 Troubleshooting FTTx Fiber Access Networks and Legacy Copper and configuring Active network in Arc GIS.
 Planning & designing rollout of Active equipment to FAN and Aggregation nodes to in line with Network Implementation Plan.

- To liaise with the senior network Support Engineers & Supervisors when necessary to resolve a customer’s technical problems.
- Coordinated Huawei core network deployment project and conducted Testing & Commissioning of MMS, MSC, MGW, HLR, IM2000 at different sites.
- Experienced in testing, commissioning, configuration, and integration of Huaweii CDMA 2000 1x & EVDO, Csoft x3000, UMG 8900, HLR M800, BSC 6600, iManager2000 and C&C08.
- Dealt with monitoring tools like network packet capture tools like Wire-shark, etc.
- Installation, Configuration and Administration of Windows Servers 2000/2003, Active Directory, FTP, DNS, DHCP, TFTP, Linux OS under various LAN and WAN environments.
