Main Responsibilities in BSS Operations - Lucent Flexent BSS Systems
Installation of Flexent BSS system modules which included indoor Modcell 4.0 cabinet, amplifiers, CCU cards,
CMU cards, EFIM, UCRs, TDU and P2PAMs
Installation, supervision and performance analysis of PSAX, STM & SDH IV links
Routine maintenance of microwave links and optimization of link quality wherever needed
Microwaves, Ericsson and Lucent (PSAX) equipments
Responsible for overall system performance, routine maintenance and optimization related issues
Analyze the drive test results and diagnose the possible hardware malfunctioning on regular basis
Look after the alarm status in the network and rectify the amplifier low power, TX port and TDU alarms
Manage affairs between different operators and regulates inter-operator media quality
Perform drive test with the optimization team for any outstanding issue and provide recommendations
Responsible for network expansions and future deployments along with frequency planning and site up gradations to either single or dual carrier configurations
BSS Operations - ZTE ZXC-10 BSS Systems
Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Microwave, BTS, BSC
Installation and operation of Ericsson microwave (Mini Links).
Installation of ZXC-10 BSS indoor cabinet along with different modules like RFE (Duplexer and Diversity), High Power Amplifiers, Transceivers, Channel Processing modules, Channel Control module, Site Alarm module, Radio Frequency Interface module, Power module and GPS
Installation of ZXDU-300 and ZXDU-90 rectifier and battery banks
Supervised on line fault diagnostic, troubleshooting and restoration of the system
Look after the radio resource configuration, physical configuration, E1 link with BSS, PCM link with MSC and security management
I also look after the service observations, performance statistics, failures observations and user data base management
Main Responsibilities in Maintenance Dept.
Performed computer maintenance for all kinds of communication equipment
Maintenance and in-house repairing of pay telephone system (Coin Phone)
Performed In-house repairing of AT&T model (Partner II\], Panasonic Systems, Fax, Telephones and Modem
which includes installation and commissioning of the system

Preventive maintenance that comprised of regular maintenance services for supplied systems to clients
