Developing new business solutions potentials and define strategies for telecom (mobile & fixed) operators in three sectors:
a) Business Support Subsystem (BSS) including: NGBSS, OCS/CBS, Billing, CRM, PRM, Mediation, Provisioning, IPCC and Business Intelligence (BI).
b) Operation Support Subsystem (OSS) including: NOC, Trouble Ticketing Systems (TTS), Work Flow Management, Fault Management, Inventory Management ... others.
c) Consumer VAS including: SDP, SCG, CRBT, RCS, Messaging (SMS/MMS), IMS, Streaming, IPTV … others.
d) Enterprise solutions, including: VPN, mCentex (VPBX). eSpace, IP-PBX, Data Center and Disaster Recovery.

As CDMA core network engineer, first I got 2 months training, then start the installation of WLL project in Najaf governorate for ITPC (Iraqi Telecommunication and Post Company), the project longs for 3 months, after finishing we give the customer training for operation and maintenance of the system.
