Here we have to Set up Whole Safety System from Base to on wards, including Emergency Exits, installation of Emergency Alarming, Fire Detection And Firefighting system and then further to Occupational Health and Safety Standards.......!
• Assure that company meets regulations regarding safety standards.
• Finding and reporting on potential hazards in workplace.
• Gives Guidelines pertaining to safety in the workplace, and communicate these rules to other employees.
• Identifying issues in workplace safety and making sure co workers understand them.
• Coordination in safe evacuation of workers in emergency.
• Assurance of Fire Fightening and Fire Preventive measures.
• Looking after safety equipment and make sure their operations in emergency.
• Preparation of Fire Drills, Evacuation Drills, Mock drills.
• Coordination in training of Employees and Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Assurance of continuous / Perfect Fire management and safety measures.
Working experience in the field of HSE management, Advice on Health, Safety and Environment related matters, enabling company’s contractors to maintain legal compliance, identifying hazards, manage HSE risks and meet its performance objectives developing local staff and transfer of skills as a part of effective mentoring.
Major Responsibilities
o Orientation of new employees.
o Coordination for safe lifting operations.
o Compile and maintain accident / incident record.
o Firefighting equipment inspections.
o Power tools & Hand tools inspections.
o Rigging and lifting equipment inspections.
o Conduct Tool Box Talk.
o Check Permits of all Activities.
o Prevention of falling hazards.
o Prevention of electrical hazards.
o Ensure the proper use of PPe’s and Instruments.
o Identify the potential hazards and provide the solutions.
o Implement the Company HSE policies.
