Full time employee as a Sales Engineer with Aggreko M.E. Handling the Abu Dhabi market and promoting Aggreko services to the market sectors in construction, contracting, events, oil & gas, services, facility management, and food & beverage.

The services are renting of temporary diesel generator sets (Cummins Engines) and their accessories (fuel tanks, HV transformers, load banks, Distribution Box and cables) and renting of temporary temperature control units (Chillers, Air Handlers, A/C package units). My job requirements are as follow:

• Cold Call meetings with customers for promoting Aggreko services. Targeting the Project Managers at site, procurement and purchasing departments at their offices, Plant Managers in manufacturing facilities, and meeting with decision makers.
• Establishing a good relation between the customer and myself.
• Receive customer enquiries, study the best solution for the customer request, visiting the sites for technical knowledge, preparing the quotation as per the data reached too, negotiating prices and closing deals.
• Updating the customer relation software on daily basis, and preparing target sales planes on weekly basis.
• Meeting the quarterly target rates sets.
• Close relation and periodic follow up with the customer.
• Working according to company rules, and following the HS&E standards.
• Follow up on customer invoices and payment.
• Reporting to the Area General Manager and to the Area Manager.

• Conducting market surveys and meeting with customers for marketing purposes.
• Study the market, attract potential customer, and study the competitor’s strength, weakness and prices.
• Receiving Customer requests, going to site visit, attending job explanation meetings, providing consultancy to the customers to decide the needed generator capacity for their power requirements and preparing quotations to the customers WRT the data and results reached too.
• Negotiating and closing rental sales deals. Prepare and sign the contracts with customers. Arranging and filing the contracts for each customer.
• Working on arranging the units to be sent to the customer’s site project.
• Implement company strategies.
• Follow up with my staff and technicians on the installation and commissioning process for the generators and to accomplish the required in a fast, accurate and professional way.
• Close relation and day to day coordination with our customers.
• Ensure service, maintenance and repair jobs are being done according to the manual and on time, for our generators to be always in a perfect working condition as well as to gain the customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring all weekly and monthly reports to be checked and recorded properly as per Managements needs.
