Lead design teams and provided technical inputs to design, detail design, tender documentation of all building projects undertaken by the company. Acting Design Manager: was responsible for technical direction on architectural aspects and review of Preliminary and Detail Design and preparation of Tender Documentation of the following projects:
* NSS project : Doha Headquarters Offices and branches in Bu Samra and Al Obilan
* Dukhan Housing Project Phase IX
* RasGas Head Office Building - interior designs
* Proposed 52 storied tower for Sheik Mohammed Bin Khalifa Concept Design
* 8 Nos. Underground Car Park within Doha Ground Park Project
On top of the above, managed the following :
* Director of Supervision of construction of the State Mosque in Al Wukhair for the PEO
* Director of Supervision of AKIS International School at Al Khor for RasGas
* Director of Tender assistance of the PTI for the Ministry of the Interior

Project Manager / Senior Architect. Was responsible for the following:
* Project coordination of Royal Beach Villa design and (enabling works) construction carried out by external consultants / contractors
* Coordination of bathymetric & topographic surveys, environmental study of exclusive sea side area and Marine channel design for the same above project
* Rayyan Road plot development Master Plan sketch proposal: scheme planning passed to external consultant for detail design development
* Emiri Guards Wajbah Barzan camp Master Plan extension sketch proposal: scheme approved with comments
* Housing Development habitation units research and concept proposal: scheme passed to external consultant for detail design development
* Technical review and appraisal of external consultants' phased pre tender submittals
Senior Architect. Was responsible for the following:
* Responsible for the design, specification & site follow up of the Commercial Bank 4 No. branches throughout Doha
* Responsible for the design, specifications and tender documentation of the Ramada Hotel Extension 350 bedrooms, suites and penthouses. Built as planned and designed
* Involved with and responsible for the detailed design of the Durrat Al Bahrain Project Villas (12 different types and approximately 2000+ units), Bahrain. Built as designed and the whole project is currently still under development.
* Involved with site supervision of the Doha Taxi Project site works and an XXlarge size Doha Airport Hangar. Built as planned and designed
* Involved with documentation of tenders and assistance in the assessment of tenders of a 32 storey tower building in West Bay and a residential compound on the E Ring Road, Doha. Both projects abandoned by Client.
Project Manager / Architect. Was responsible for the following:
* Project Director, Qatar Foundation Education City Housing Development - Phase II at Al Luqta, project changed in scope and moved to other sites, etc.
* Project Manager,
* Successfully managed the Construction of high specification Computer Building at the Women's Complex of the University of Qatar
* Large villa/palace and ancillaries for Sh. Abdulrahman Al Mahmoud at Al Amir Street, Doha
* Sh. Abdulaziz Bin Khelifa Al Thani Office Building (B+G+2 floors) on C Ring Road
* Project Management of all construction processes of 1 large palace at Al Wajba for H.E. Sh. Mohamed Bin Fahad Al Thani
* Project Design and Construction Management and procurement of two large villas - palaces for HE Sh. Hamad Bin Jassim Al Thani at Al Wajba
Senior Architect. Responsibilities included:
* Design and specification of medium to large projects of housing, public and private developments of corporate, commercial and institutional nature :
+ Showroom on Rayyan Road (now Lulu Center)
+ Al Awqaf 131 Villas and communal facilities compound
+ Al Awqaf Tower (now Ministry of Education)
and was :
* Involved with concept design, detailed design, specifications writing, full documentation of contracts, and assistance in the assessment of tenders
* Involved with a 350 plots subdivision project in Ain Khaled, Abu Hamour. The responsibility extended to proposing layouts to the land owners and liaising with the cadastral / planning authorities / roads / drainage / water services / electrical power departments (CED at the time)
* On secondment to the site of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in West Bay, held management responsibility (supply chain and overseeing 25 professionals) and accountability to the Consortium of Contractors and subject to the approval of the Consultants / Project Management team / Client (QNH) for the development of all sites working details / schedules, etc.
* International Aquatic Complex, Qatar - Involved with the design and supervision at site as a project team member.
* Qatar Sports Club, Doha, Qatar:- involved with the office structural team to carry out an initial detail in-situ survey and investigation of both foundation and superstructure of the outdoor stadium, indoor sports hall, the club-house and offices, to ascertain the causes of concrete cracking and deterioration.
* Al Arabi Sports Club, Doha, Qatar:- Addition of a new VIP and Press seating gallery as a new structures to link with the existing facilities.
