* Involved with site supervision of the Doha Taxi Project site works and an XXlarge size Doha Airport Hangar. Built as planned and designed
* Involved with documentation of tenders and assistance in the assessment of tenders of a 32 storey tower building in West Bay and a residential compound on the E Ring Road, Doha. Both projects abandoned by Client.

* Involved with concept design, detailed design, specifications writing, full documentation of contracts, and assistance in the assessment of tenders
* Involved with a 350 plots subdivision project in Ain Khaled, Abu Hamour. The responsibility extended to proposing layouts to the land owners and liaising with the cadastral / planning authorities / roads / drainage / water services / electrical power departments (CED at the time)
* On secondment to the site of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in West Bay, held management responsibility (supply chain and overseeing 25 professionals) and accountability to the Consortium of Contractors and subject to the approval of the Consultants / Project Management team / Client (QNH) for the development of all sites working details / schedules, etc.
* International Aquatic Complex, Qatar - Involved with the design and supervision at site as a project team member.
* Qatar Sports Club, Doha, Qatar:- involved with the office structural team to carry out an initial detail in-situ survey and investigation of both foundation and superstructure of the outdoor stadium, indoor sports hall, the club-house and offices, to ascertain the causes of concrete cracking and deterioration.
* Al Arabi Sports Club, Doha, Qatar:- Addition of a new VIP and Press seating gallery as a new structures to link with the existing facilities.
