I have attained a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from University of Ajman (class of 2006), which gives me insight into the many different departments that make the work run smoothly, and efficiently.

In my previous company “ Gulf Related Ltd., Abu Dhabi”, I worked as a receptionist, I was a valuable member of the team and an important pillar of organizational support. My responsibilities include maintaining partners’ schedules, meeting rooms booking, setting webex meetings, ordering office supplies, supervising drivers and office assistant, translating documents, keeping records, making travel arrangements, and managing office organization and general workflow from supporting staff members, also I was helping our IT team in setting up the internet cables, telephone lines and as an IT help desk.
I also worked as a sales coordinator for United Technical Services- Abu Dhabi, my responsibilities includes registering and processing orders, prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices, filing, and supporting both the sales team and the administration team.

Customer Sales Representative
● Receiving/Logging and processing commercial and technical review of inquiries.
● Co-ordinate with various plants and Cameron divisions to issue the quote, Pricing check and project
costing, analysis and Freight estimation and preparing Quotations, Sales Orders in SAP System.
● Order entry, Purchasing the material from Plants or Vendors through a process in SAP.
● Logistics and Freight arrangements with the customer and our plants/vendors, follow -up of orders
and co-ordination with our warehouse for delivering the materials
