•Handling all the collection service of day -to day customer transactions.
•Following up with clients on daily basis for their bill of exchange.
•Follow up with Bank on daily basis reconciliation of the collection transactions received from clients.
•Fill a Cash Transaction Slip (CTS) when a cash deposit exceeds $10, 000 U.S.Dollars or equivalent, which includes the amount involved the source and destination of funds.
•Report any suspicious operation due to cash deposits to the Specialized Committee.
•Prepare daily journal entries.
