"انا اعمل في شركة جدارا للخدمات المهنية و تدقيق الحسابات . الانسة فاطمة سمير الهريمي موظفة في الشركة و انا المسؤول المباشر عنها في العمل و هي موظفة ممتازة في العمل وتتحمل ضغط العمل الكبير الموجود في الشركة التي نعمل بها نظرا لطبيعة العمل وهي تتعلم بسرعة و تتقن استخدام البرامج المحاسبة و برنامج الميكروسوفت ولا اظن انه يوجد اي فكرة محاسبية جديدة لا تستطيع تعلمها بسهولة . و اما بالنسبة لتعاملها الشخصي مع الاخرين فهي راقية جدا في التعامل ولا تحدث اي مشاكل مع فريق العمل و تقبل اراء الاخرين وتحاول تطوير طريقة العمل دائما و باعطاء افكر تساهم في التطوير من طريقة و اداء العمل ."
