Project Leader
1. Implement test ware to enable test execution.
2. Analyze, design, and execute tests to assure quality of tested artefact.
3. Package Software to enable efficient deployment.
4. Deploy software and verify deployment to enable delivering system.
5. Write and model requirements to enable its implementation.
6. Track Software defects to assure their removal.
7. Interpret procedures to resolve problems within established frameworks
8. Support is readily available and proposed solutions can be checked within short
timescales (days to weeks)
9. Emphasis is on following procedures and selecting the appropriate route.
10. Doing weekly presentation for upper management for the status of projects.
11. Train end users and customers for the product and how it work.
12. Search and bringing the latest technologies to the team.
The objective of the Master of Engineering in Engineering Management program is to develop the knowledge and skills of engineers and scientists in the management of people, projects, resources and organizations in technical environments.
