Ability to work on Maximo and Epicor system (processing PO’s, making RFQ’s, Prepare and submit BID analysis, Making vendor Quotations and Award Recommendations. Tracking Status and entering Historical Data.
Provides administrative support to the Branch Manager, Procurement Supply Chain Branch.
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence in English; to include letters, RFP’s, Purchase Orders and etc.
Establishes and maintains filing systems.
Maintains logs of purchase requisitions, RFPs, purchase orders, fax transmission and receipt and etc.
Maintains suspense files on outgoing correspondence.
Maintains proficiency on MAXIMO, Local Area Network, including use of Database to produce PR Tracking Report and generates special and periodic reports as required.
Provides communication coverage.
My duty as an IT(Interpreter/translator) in the Doctrine Development Section at Vinnell Arabia. During which I had a chance to translate so many technical manuals and military projects for the Saudi Arabian National Guard. At the same time, there were many occasions during which I interpreted for the American trainers’ meetings with the Saudi National officers.

Expediters maintain a record of the outstanding purchase orders and they contact vendors through telephone calls, by email and in person. Vendors relay information regarding delays in shipments, which the expediter works to resolve. The expediting clerk maintains contact with the shipping or transportation company to prevent delays in shipments. The expediting clerk also monitors shipments to ensure that purchase order information matches the shipment. This can include the quantity and quality of materials. The expediter resolves inconsistencies in the order.
Assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient overall day-to-day operations of the Front Desk including Switchboard. Oversee Bell and Door staff in the absence of their department head. Provide excellent customer service per the standards of the hotel, and assist in situations to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure department adherence to company policies, procedures and standards to ensure that guest expectations are exceeded. Assist in providing staff with ongoing coaching, training and development. Coordinate hotel emergency procedures within the scope of defined plans. Prepare reports, handle special projects and assignments as required.
