• Efficiently conduct System Analysis to get the client’s requirements and then do a Design/GAP analysis and document & share the details in a binding project document.
• To get the process gaps into the standard system and Implement & rollout our company’s Route Sales Force Automation Solution (BackOffice & Frontend) customized for the client.
• Create project implementation and action plan against set key performance indicators.
• Supervise and manage the deployment of the handheld computers. Verify and supervise data import into the BackOffice.
• Integration of the BackOffice with the existing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system (if any) of the client company.
• Implement best practices & policies in the client’s sales related processes through Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) in order to maximize the cost-benefit ratio.
• Worked on developing and maintaining projects outsourced from various ministries of the Government of Saudi Arabia and also developing in-house projects of the company.
• Making delivery of the project (including, project installation, documentation, and training).
• Lead a team of 2-3 developers in efficiently managing projects assigned to our team
• Delegated work amongst various team members accordingly
• Managed the team and provided motivation and encouragement in order to achieve project goal efficiently and effectively
