- Benaa telecom is a subcontractor for the leading company "HUAWEI".

- Completing many optical transmission projects for Huawei for the following Custumers: ( Etisalat Misr - Telecom Egypt).
- I had the honor to complete two big projects of updating Egypt's telecom infrastructure: Assiut project and cairo Alex project
- Installing & commission Huawei’s Transmission equipment:
(Optix OSN 1500, Optix OSN 2500, Optix OSN 3500, DWDM 6800).
- I've high Commissioner skills including coordinating installation, Integration, testing, troubleshooting, upgrading.

- My main task was to manage and maintain a network of three labs of the company
- Managing the physical network infrastructure, including wired and wireless local area network (LAN) and
- Troubleshooting network problems and Troubleshooting computer system problems).
- Also I was obligated to teach the courses of (Computer maintenance & Network fundamentals & ICDL).
- I completed many projects of Security surveillance Systems (El swify farm, Arafat stores, Abo el magd farm) which was Designing and deployment the internal security system for the customer with highly sophisticated PTZ IP Cameras and Deployment of storage servers and connecting the system with the Internet to enable management monitor the farms anywhere in the world.
- I designed two important CDs for computer maintenance.
The first CD was a ready Ghost image for all PCs what ever their type. (I can install winXP + Anti virus + media programs + other programs within 5 minutes only for all PCs what ever their type)
The second CD: I collected my experience and made a CD which involved (WinXP + WinXP Live + Hiren's Boot CD + office2003+ other important Programs) in only one CD of 680 MB.
