General management of Samsung after sales partners.
Handling service network and service inside shops expansion, includes
planning, design, implementation follow up, and KPIs training. Planning and
conducting audits on partners, and follow up with CAPs.
Analyzing customer satisfaction levels and solving issues causing
dissatisfaction. Following up repair speed, long term pending, and handling
daily requests, this includes exceptions approvals and technical replacements.

Conduct Technical training for customer care, technicians, and engineers in MEA. Training includes new products and technologies
training, L2 and L3 troubleshooting, operation training, tools handing, ESD (electrostatic discharge) training, and communications and electronics basics training. Preparing training plan, training materials, and necessary assessments.
Handling escalated issues from working staff, and escalating issues out of maintenance troubleshooting scope to vendors.
