Inspection And Testing:
• Check & review the Grout Material use at the pipe rack, prior for application at the Structure, material must be ensure are within project specification, Trial mix was conducted, compressive strenght test was check in accordance with ASTM Standards, fluidity, test, and time of setting was also check.
• Grouting at the joints must be in accordance with the catalog manual provided by the material supplier.
• Check & review the joints and the inter connection of pipe rack struture. The joints must be grouted with a high strenght flowable and pumpable premixed grout material and ensure cube sample has taken.
• Check & Inspect the precast pipe rack prior for concrete pouring as per drawing

Preparation of Inspection & Test Record
• Check the pipe rack foundation location and its elevation as per drawing requirements
• Check the plumbness of pipe rack column, alignment and its elevation in the presence of the surveyor.
• Check & review the inter-connection of the precast pipe rack, C-Element column, T-Element, and TR- Element, Beam of pipe rack, as per drawing requirements.
• Witness and review the rectification of NCR to prevent reoccurence of the specified work.
Notification to the Company or Consultant
• Prior of submittal of the application for Inspection(AFI) to the company or consultant initial inspection must be carried out.
• Prepare Inspection Report as per site activity upon submittal to the consultant
• Issue NCR whenever possible, when the construction team violate the standard procedure and not within the approved method of statement & Inspection Test Plan.(ITP)
