Implementation and development of HSE-Management system of the project.
Organizing the site HSE procedures for the project.
Prepare, promote and support the implementation of the HSE Management System Procedures and standards.
Reviewing and overseeing safety procedures.
Organizing health & safety training for managers and employees.
Carrying out sites safety inspections and creating action tracking register based on inspection.
Identifying hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace.
Oversee the development of approaches and solutions to HSE-related issues including managing investigations of accidents and near missies etc. producing summarizations of findings and recommend strategies to prevent recurrences supervise proposals and the implementation of a course of action approved by the project.
Ensure periodical inspections of various safety and lifesaving equipment, firefighting equipment, gas monitors, breathing, apparatus, etc.
Liaise with municipalities and other relevant organisations to remain informed of latest safety requirements for area, reporting changes to management.
Coordinate HSE training of employees to ensure competency of workforce is maintained as required.
Provide HSE statistics and report HSE activities to Branch HSE Manager, Business Units and Client Representatives.
Advise on compliance with relevant applicable Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations.
Maintenance and development of Emergency Response Plans, Systems and Organization.
