Provide input into STRAP plans as required.
Ensure all customers sales and field staff are trained and that training records are maintained.
Work with factories and have input into NPD, forecasting, promotional campaigns, customer visits, exhibitions etc.
Manage and develop all employees in order that they can successfully achieve their objectives on a consistent basis.
