• Assist the operational plans with MENA Lead Trainer and in-country field training officers for training programs’ communications.
• Development and coordination for the logistical and operational needs, including hotel and travel reservations for local and international participants, preparation and set up of facilities and all needed equipment.
• Responsible for preparing the training reports.
• Communicate regularly with all local and regional partners. Manage training registration, security protocols, follow up, and communication with participants.
• Assist in the development of monitoring tools to ensure that the implementation of training activities correspond with MENA Initiative grants.
• Assist in the assessment, development, translation, and design of MENA appropriate New Tactics training materials, tools, and modalities (e.g., the inclusion of MENA examples in the training materials and resources, multi-level and audience module and format development)
Lazord Foundation
Objective: The Lazord Fellowship is a program that provides young graduates with professional and civic skills through year-long job placements, mentoring, and trainings by local partners.
Responsibilities:
•One-year experience with a well-established non-profits organization.
•Enrolment in the Lazord Civic Leaders capacity building program.
•Monthly mentoring sessions.
•Knowledge and active engagement in the civil society/public sector.
•Alumni will be part of the Lazord Civic Leaders Community and join the regional network of Lazord fellows.
•The fellowship aims to strengthen and support the inspirational vision of the fellows and their dreams for a better community.
