• Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the Company.
• Financial - Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the company.
• Best Practices - Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
• Human Resources - Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.
• Production - Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.
• Communication - Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
• Sales, Marketing and Customer Service - Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
• Strategic Input - Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.

1.Manage all Project Resources (Human and Physical).
2. Development of project services Documentations and communications method

4. Prepare Project requirements and capital expenditures for submission to the finance for preparation of the financial and operational budget of projects.

6. Supervise the implementation of the approved plans and budget during the Project.
7. Validate scope of work during the project assignment (if the request is not valid, deny request and escalate).
8. Follow up on the quality of services and ensure they satisfy good operational concepts, organizational principles, and management needs.
9. Keep track of equipment, instruments installed at client sites within project assignments that involve installation.
10. Review the daily services reports and solve any operational problems with customers arising from the daily operations.
11. Identify gaps in current performance levels of all services provided to the client.
12. Suggests and Discusses training and development requirements to improve and upgrade project capabilities.
13. Develop monthly progress reports to direct superior.
14. Report periodically on status and progress of performance results and service activities to his direct superior.
15. Identify and monitor (Risks, probability of occurrence, rate it, impact, alternative action plans), if any.
16. Update the Project Work plan to reflect any agreed changes to the schedule accordingly.
17. Responsible for purchasing all products for the projects like:
Cisco, HP, Microsoft, 3COM, DELL, Trendmicro …. Etc.
