Designing and providing operations and maintenance supervision services for all artificial grass
projects as well as soft and hardscape projects both indoor and outdoor.
Co-ordinate with the client’s representative’s contractor and other project work disciplines to
attain smooth follow of the projects executions and hitting target dates as per work base plan
ad schedule.
Landscape maintenance operations including irrigation, fertilization (organic and inorganic),
mowing, training, trimming, pruning, edging, raking, aerating, topdressing, pesticide, insecticide
& fungicide application and disease control measures.
Weekly and monthly reporting to the senior management.
Ensure all the necessary project parameters are aligned with the project plan and other
requirements.
Prepare project status reports; ensure project meets requirements and also reporting to the
higher management raising strategic issues.
Daily monitoring of all organic commodities, utilities and staff.
Plan, organize, direct, control and manage all operations of the nursery development and
landscape projects.
Efficient and appropriate use of grass, flowers, ground covers, creepers, climbers, shrubs, trees,
topiaries, living sculptures, bonsai, water features, irrigation systems and hardscape materials
as per drawing.
Budgeting, planning, designing, construction and maintenance of water fall, decks, patios,
pools, as per customer demand.
Design, plan, organize, control and manage all operations and maintenance of softscape.
Estimate costs, prepare specifications and evaluate tenders for landscape, irrigation
construction and maintenance projects.
Maintain all types of landscape including irrigation system.
Oversee inspection of plants for nutrient deficiencies, pest and disease control.
Installation of patio, gazebos and sprinkler system as and when needed.
Selection of seasonal flowers and indoor plants for different locations and sites.
Training and supervision of sub-ordinates.
Capacity building training of rural farming community.
Planning with respect to agricultural production enhancement.
Introduction of latest agricultural technology to farming community.
Motivation of farmers to cultivate high value, cash crops and off-season vegetable crops.
Crop maximization and seed increase planning.
Provision of certified seeds, fertilizers and pesticides to farmers.
