Since this distribution channel was growing speedly, i was moved to the banc assurance departement to handle the operational issues, in few months i was able to handle all technical/ logistic back up of the Bancassurance operations to ensure Banks satisfaction.
When I started my career in MetLife Alico at Agency Services I was responsible for financial reports and some sales analysis and during that period I developed some effective methods in moving the reports from manual to system generated reports which has increased the productivity and efficiency in Agency Services.
