To support preparing annual and longer-term marketing plans,To conduct regular customer visits and deliver product presentations,To monitor and report competitor activities,To comply marketing budget,To manage marketing process with dealers (dealer announcements, dealer complaint and request management),To coordinate all marketing advertising and promotional materials (email marketing, data entry, website updates, e-newsletter etc.),To collaborate with the sales functions to support the dealers and end users,To assist PMs following up, and analyzing customer feedback and making report for the high-level management,To prepare online marketing campaigns and support launch events for the new products,To manage and check current all needed marketing materials (to print out brochure, catalogue),To participate marketing related meetings and ensure assigned KPI’s and actions competed are completed on target,To prepare internal and dealer product training materials and to train participants as scheduled,To update and inform after sales team according to customer feedback,To collaborate with regional and global marketing teams, to provide and request required inputs when needed.
