• Develop a portfolio containing blue chip customers of the industry;
• Credit Marketing & Business generation.
• Preparation of detailed credit proposals, financial and risk analysis for senior management review and approval.
• Ensure smooth conduct of Risk Asset Review (internal audit function) and SBP audit.

• Managing a portfolio size of over Rs.4.00 billion;
o Industry concentration in Textile, Real Estate Development & Construction, Telecommunication, Publishing, Hospitality, Power, Cement, Sugar, Leather and Food & Allied and others.
• Credit Marketing & Business generation.
• Preparation of detailed credit proposals, financial and risk analysis for senior management review and approval.
• Conducting site / factory visits of client’s facilities.
• Preparation of Account Profitability Reports on periodic basis.
• Ensure smooth conduct of Risk Asset Review (internal audit function) and SBP audit.

• Originating, structuring and executing equity, debt and capital market instruments;
• Preparing Information Memorandums;
• Conducting due diligence, research, business plan/feasibility studies, financial modeling;
• Liaison with legal advisors;
