Job description
o Prepares pre-construction plan (Construction Methodology, General Schedule, Manpower Schedule,
& Equipment Schedule) of the project.
o Represent the company in coordination meeting with Owner’s Architects, Consultants, General
Contractor and other trade Contractors.
o Report to the management regularly the project status.
o Interprets plans and specifications for Plumbing/Sanitary, Fire Protection, Civil and Architectural
Works.
o Submit material’s Brochures and Catalog intended for the project in accordance with the
specification, for consultant’s approval prior for implementation.
o Prepare daily and weekly accomplishment report and project performance report; attend technical
meeting and the awareness for the safety of the workers. And also close coordination to operation
personnel regarding the receiving of work permit and safety procedures as well as to the proponent.
o Monitor and assist of shop drawings. Material and equipment submittals, as-built plans, coordination
with the other trade contractors, implementation of QA/QC policy, and supervision of
activities/implementation of work in accordance with the project schedule.
o Site Supervision and implementation ensure the quality of material delivered on site in accordance to
approved materials and specification.
o Attend management meeting.
