Check/supervise directly all on site construction such as bored piling, diagram wall

during construction to ensure compliance w/plans & specifications. Advising and assisting
the subcontractor on construction procedures.
Leasing with the consultant and design team to achieve the highest achievable standards

1. Communicating and arranging with the THSRC (Employer’s Representative Company) &
IREG (International Railway Engineering Group) Representatives during meetings &
surveillances tackling all the issues relating to deviations, changes, rectifications,
construction updates, and schedules, etc. for the purpose of fulfilling the quality plan as
specified in the contract specifications.

Review and monitoring of information on particular construction checklists and undergoing
activities - to ensure conformity and improvement of quality system to the satisfaction of
THSRC requirements.
2. Proper documentation (through visiting reports) and filing of the above means are
conducted to supplement the substantial document requirements.
3. Preparation of questionnaires for items 2.d and 2.e are accounted to as part of the
applicant’s framework. Internal audits are scheduled on the basis of the status and gravity
of issues for an activity, when such issues require clarification and/or investigation.
4. Providing recommendations to subcontractors on the findings and non-conformities raised
from internal assessments and internal audits. Conducting follow-up verification and reports
on the preventive and corrective actions taken to rectify non-compliant issues.
5. Amendment of various Method Statements (MS) and Inspection & Testing Plans (ITP)
pertaining to the above mentioned works, where addition or alteration of information is
necessitated to fully define the quality policy and quality objectives as articulated in the MS
/ ITP.
6. Generating supplementary documents & spreadsheets for document control to achieve the
requirements of—identification, traceability, protection and disposition.
All other quality assurance task not mentioned in the above descriptions, and as directed by
the immediate QA Manager and/or Construction superior.
