applicant’s framework. Internal audits are scheduled on the basis of the status and gravity
of issues for an activity, when such issues require clarification and/or investigation.
4. Providing recommendations to subcontractors on the findings and non-conformities raised
from internal assessments and internal audits. Conducting follow-up verification and reports
on the preventive and corrective actions taken to rectify non-compliant issues.
5. Amendment of various Method Statements (MS) and Inspection & Testing Plans (ITP)
pertaining to the above mentioned works, where addition or alteration of information is
necessitated to fully define the quality policy and quality objectives as articulated in the MS
/ ITP.
6. Generating supplementary documents & spreadsheets for document control to achieve the
requirements of—identification, traceability, protection and disposition.
