• Reports to GM (Finance & Administration). Provide leadership and direction to Finance & Accounts Executives and their staff.
• Streamlining and improving the Reports generated from ERP software.
• Preparation of Management Reports
• Critical review of financial data and discuss with Management team for corrective steps.
• Arranging & Managing fund and non-fund based Bank Facilities for the project.
• Responsible for finalization and audit of annual accounts.
• Close monitoring and control of Receivables and payables.
• Member of JV project Executive committee for execution of QP project.
• Reports to Managing Director. Member of core Management Committee.
• Provide leadership and direction to 3 Departmental Heads (Finance & Accounts, Procurement and Costing) and their staff.
• Preparation of Monthly Management Reports
• Strategic financial planning, procurement planning, budgeting and evaluating internal processes for accounting & control functions.
• Critical review of financial data, cost control and MIS reporting (Projects and Financial Statements) on regular basis.
• Arranging & Managing fund and non-fund based Bank Facilities with 4 of our bankers.
• Banking, Working Capital Management, Payroll Management, Budgeting, Insurance functions for supporting the business system.
• Responsible for finalization of annual accounts and reporting as per company reporting rules & International Accounting standards
• Close monitoring and control of Receivables and payables
• Active role in key areas like formulation of claims, company policies, IT needs etc.,
