• Providing administrative support to recruitment consultants
• Formatting senior candidate resumes according to Charterhouse standards for recruitment consultants’ clientele
• Re-formatting CV’s to ensure presentable and correct information, as requested by consultants
• Creating and proof reading job advertisements
• Managing stock for the office - ordering of stock and business cards on a monthly basis
• Conducting reference checks on Senior Candidates from previous employers
• Monitoring incoming telephone calls, emails and faxes to the recruitment team
• Ensuring effective communication to relevant parties and provision of accurate information of open jobs to candidates
• Maintaining confidentiality of documents and papers
• Data entry into Charterhouse DMS including Terms of Business, candidate details, open jobs, etc.
• Exporting jobs onto the Charterhouse website
• Booking meetings and interviews for Senior Consultants
• Preparing relevant documents for the interviews
• Sending congratulation cards to candidates (as required)
• Sourcing a new print service provider, ensuring they can deliver the specific standards to Charterhouse requirements
• Conducting integrity checks on consultants
• Meeting and greeting of candidates and clients
• Managing incoming emails of CV’s and forwarding them on to the appropriate consultants
• Sending regret emails to candidates who were unsuccessful
