Responsibilities include:
Recruitment
• Select applicants to match position qualifications from the Company database.
• Meet walk-in applicants as well as collecting and assessing Resumes.
• Prepare relevant documents such as CVs, cover letter etc. for candidate interviews
• Solely responsible for designing job advertisements for financial roles on Efinancialcareers website for Charterhouse.
• Create and send weekly Recruitment Info reports to the Managing Director.
• Manage new recruitment business calls from potential clients
• Create and design layout of job advertisements posted in Gulf News and online job portals including the Charterhouse website and Efinancial Times.
• Proofread the advertisements outlined by junior colleagues.
• Conduct reference checks on Candidates for clients.
• Conduct interviews for new positions in the Administration department.
Training
• Train and manage development of new employees in the Administration department.
• Provide learning material for new employees and explain the procedures.
• Be the person of contact for any doubts, problems and issues for new employees in the Administration department.
Administration
• Assist with enquiries regarding employment opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to recruitment consultants.
• Conduct integrity checks on Company employees and ensuring that they comply with company policies.
• Format senior candidate resumes as per Charterhouse standards for recruitment consultants’ clientele
• Attend meetings with Sales Executives of various job sites to discuss terms and negotiate best prices.
• Monitor and forward relevant telephone calls, emails and faxes to the recruitment team.
• Ensure effective communication and provision of accurate information of open jobs to candidates.
• Maintain confidentiality of documents and papers.
• Update the Charterhouse DMS including Terms of Business, candidate details, open jobs, etc.
• Export new jobs and deleting filled jobs from the Charterhouse website.
• Book meetings and interviews for the Company Director with Senior candidates.
• Meet and greet candidates and clients in the absence of the Receptionist
• Manage stock for the office - ordering of stock and business cards on a monthly basis
