*Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account.
*Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating and entering transaction.
*Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies.
* Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing trial balance, reconcile entries.
* Prepares the financial statement on monthly & quarterly basis.
* Prepares the company’s budget plan which included the cash flow statement, income statement, balance sheet.
*Liaison work with internal and external auditors, banks and regulatory agencies.
*Prepares and Letters of Credit and Letters Guarantee issued and received on behalf of all businesses across the bank.
* Report directly to the GM & the CFO
*Handle the entire accounting activities independently up to finalization of accounts and audit Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures.
* Preparation and presentation of yearly Financial statements
* Prepare reconciliations of Bank statement, Account payable periodically and report if any discrepancies found
* Prepare and review budget, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
*Ensure all payments to suppliers, staff, and other external parties are made according to company policies and procedures.
*Analyze expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
* Responsible for accounts of customers, suppliers, Banks, payrolls,
Invoices, Expenses, Revenues, Employees custody of cash and administrative affairs.
* Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and makes or directs correcting entries.
* Preparing, examining, and analyzing accounting records, financial
statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
