Working as head of IT solutions sales and technical services supporting telecom operators and enterprise solutions, my responsibilities includes:
• Design new solutions based on customer needs and requirements based on best practice to achieve efficient and effective solutions.
• Design, implement and oversee business and IT operations support strategies, policies and procedures, resource models and other operational readiness activities.
• Oversee service providers and manage service/performance levels, costs and other operational metrics.
• Implement issue management and defect management procedures.
• Lead the conduct of root cause analyses and provide senior level oversight to issue resolution.
• Perform market research to identify and understand administrative and technology industry trends.
• Provide new product evaluation expertise and subject matter expertise.
• Develop and manage detailed financial plans, including product investments, benefits realization and pricing strategy.
• Manage the overall IT mission, including creation of the enterprise architectural direction, definition of technical standards, cultivation of IT innovations, and management toward the future architecture
• Hire, manage and mentor/coach multiple staff members and contractors spanning product development, project management, development oversight and operations disciplines.
• At the enterprise level, provide assistance in the development of sales materials, sales training, new market identification, short and long-term sales strategies, and assist with compelling campaigns for existing/new products.
The primary purpose of the Solution Architect is to provide technical advice, support and strategy to our customers and the Managed Services organization particularly the sales teams to deliver continued growth within the Managed Service business.
Solution Architects work on a peer level with Account Managers to formulate technical requirements for nominated customers and new business sales projects. It is vital that the Solution Architect acts as the lead Technical Authority for these accounts/projects by delivering technical information to the customer in the form of RFI/RFP responses, architectural design, related documentation, product updates and industry/competitive analysis.
The role is to evangelize the Managed Service portfolio from a technical perspective helping to transform businesses and solving business issues with technology.
My main role as pre-sales consultant is to provide solutions related to Cloud computing Enablement, big data, Business Continuity, Application Awareness, Virtualization, Security & Compliance, Software, Professional Services, Service Desk & Support services, Service Management
.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Identify, understand and define customer needs, objectives and business requirements.
• Work with Sales representative to design a solution that can best meet the Client's requirements
• Learn technical capabilities and business relevance of the designed solutions.
• Work with Sales to define and develop a variety of Demonstration examples and scenarios.
• Develop presentation technical materials as needed for sales presentations, proposals and bid responses.
• Demonstrate the business value of the designed solution to meet a wide variety of customer objectives.
• Communicate the business requirements to project/implementation team to determine implementation professional services requirements and planned solution fit and ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages after completion of the sale.
• Build a strong working relationship with the sales & technical teams
• Support prioritized sales cycles, helping with strategy, competitive positioning, demonstrations and presentations
• Actively support the sales teams in promoting and identifying solutions, articulating functional fit and completeness, responding to bid cycles, to the customer requests for information and information to tender
• Contribute to pipeline and revenue increase, through participation and coordination of demand generation activities, including customer workshops, Webinars, tradeshows and company events
• Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude, and works to solve problems
• Stay up to date with new trends within Oracle, our competitors, our partners and the IT industry as a whole

Responsible for Managing the Infrastructure area in managed Services department at Huawei Corporation, as we are responsible to serve our customers using offshore model, we are providing the required infrastructure support from Servers, OS, Storage, Databases, …., etc. to run the Telecom operators IT operations smoothly and professionally and works closely with business and IT leaders, vendors and suppliers.
Recruits staff including interviewing, hiring, assigning work, training, coaching, and counseling ensuring consistent application of Employee Guidelines, processes, and procedures.
Conducts performance reviews, and holds employees accountable for optimal performance of their responsibilities; Establishes level of service standards and operating policies/procedures for overall system availability and individual system components.

The Egyptian Maritime data bank is the unique bank in Egypt dealing with data and information, this bank contains all the data about all the Egyptian ports over all Egypt, it contains accurate data about how many goods enter the country, how much goods are being exported and imported, what is the rate of containers during the whole year, also the bank provides accurate statistics to the Egyptian government.
I was working in this bank In a very challenging environments which consists of 6 Databases of all the Ports at Egypt I am responsible for Day to day operations, managing data, designing Backup strategies; provide database High availability, Use Oracle Tools to diagnose performance Problems, Also we were using the Oracle advanced replication technology to replicate the data from all the ports to the bank head quarter to analyze the data and generate the required reports.
