I have Six years experience in the professional Sector of Construction industry, working across the African continent (Egypt) and Asian continent (Oman) on projects such as; Administration building, Government administration centers, not to mention my experience in the private sector including high end Residential & Shopping mall, Infrastructure and Civil Engineering Projects. I have worked primarily for leading main contractors throughout my career.

I bring with a high level of experience, from Pre-Contract Cost Management to Post-Contract Cost Control, by way of focusing on the following areas; Alternative Procurement Strategies, Value Engineering, preparation of BOQs, Cost Reporting, Valuations, Re-measurement and Contractor Cost Control through Negotiation. I have vast experience in Civil, Architect, Landscape and MEP Quantity surveying and am also an expert in Contract Administration, and I believe in continued professional development and strives to maintain my up-to-date knowledge as my career progresses.
