Responsible for staff Attendance, Hygiene and transportation
Responsible for area designation and time to time checking of staff in area assigned
Daily reporting to the Operation Manager for daily job information and situation
In-Charge in staff health condition before reporting to office for hospitalization
Responsible for Stock and equipment ordering and checking for daily use
Responsible of monitoring staff attendance that they be on time on duty and personal hygiene.
Responsible for checking all equipments and other items for daily use.
Giving instructions and proper schedule for each respective area assigned.
Inventory of stocks and requesting it to the management if there is none.
Handling weekly staff meeting and monthly meeting with the management.
Trained new staff and giving orientation for company working standards and company rules
On site duty during deep cleaning
Site visit on Residential, Commercial and Office cleaning

Marble restoration
Checking staff on their respective area
Assisting pick up and drop off staff in their area
Reviewing details of the event as well as planning the flow of the delivery of food to the area proper.
Checking and preparing all catering materials needed in each area.

Checking the proper set up of the function area and maintaining cleanliness.
