Job Responsibilities -

(1) General Manager handling Multiple Projects & leading all stakeholders, team of Design, Planning, Tendering, Construction, Contracts incl. all Project Management aspects for EPC projects from Concept Stage, Tendering, Design, Contractor finalisation, RFQ & Bid clarifications, Finalizing Contracts, participating in Price negotiations, Construction & Monitoring for EPC projects, Stake holders Management, Leading of overall Teams Management.
(2) Development of Dep’t CAPEX & OPEX budgeting process and control on Procurement, managing International Procurement, Ensuring smooth material delivery for projects.
(3) Participate in Business Development practices for maximising revenue generations, Identifying new potential markets and areas for Business Expansion, participate in tendering & floating RFQ, analysing and finalising bids, maintaining stake holders database, official correspondence with Client, Contractor, Subcontractor
(4) Working as prime contact to handle & monitor projects with respect to total Project management, Resource management, Risk management, Coordination with CSR Sustainability Development, Quality & HSE Management, Development of Project Quality, SD, HSE Plans.
(5) Monitoring Cost of Projects, with focus on achieving targets & KPI towards resource & revenue Optimization.
