1- Coordination, planning and the implementation of the social innovation curriculum, supporting the lab participants with project implementation and growth using the evaluation tools developed by UNICEF.
2-Assist the Senior Coordinator in assessing and designing capacity building plans participants and partners.
3 -Prepare training tool box covering training topics needed.
4- Support the participants in implementing their projects in their local community’s step by step.
5- understanding of activities, methods, and technologies used in capacity strengthening field, especially in supporting multiple stakeholders needs.
6- Submit required reports (field visit reports, activity reports, weekly reports)
7- Attend trainings/ meeting/ workshops and any activities conducted or organized by UNICEF.
8 - Liaise with and support key project staff to ensure that the program is running effectively and making best use of program resources.
9_ Establish and maintain appropriate working relationships with the government, institutions, partner organizations, local NGOs, etc. in the target areas;
10- Maintain accurate data and records to track the events, achievements, participation, progress, for all training activities.
1. Assist Project Coordinators and Manager in all operations related to the project implementation, through volunteer management.
2. Monitor the daily activities of safe places for children and youth, including the schedule, psychosocial activities, self-expression, life skills training, discussions, educational courses and counseling activities.
3. Verification of program activities, ensuring implementation of activities in accordance with the work plan, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting progress on the project on a weekly basis.
4. Managing relationships with partners and gathering data from partners and other sources for the project.
5. Track, report and submit on the financial details of project activities.
6. Coordination of meetings and contacts with local communities, non-profit NGOs and local partners within the target areas.
7. Facilitate meetings with refugees, including beneficiaries and volunteers, and track beneficiaries.
8. Data collection and analysis, constantly updated according to project requirements.
