Manage and plan industrial manufacturing projects according to client’s milestones on Primavera 6.
Control and follow up of manufacturing progress according to projects deadlines. Report project status to upper management.

ISO management representative (Monitor ISO 9001 QMS, conducting internal audit, collect and organize KPI’s, participate in management review).
Setting up from zero a procedure to collect and analyze information’s about paint workers productivity and though of all the paint department.
Setting up from zero a program to follow paint production through all his phases, with measuring different parameters.
Responsible of quality check on finished product.
Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the packing department.
Confer with other head of departments to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments (making, plastic, printing, QA/QC, warehouse)
Implement the production Schedule.
Monitor the efficiency of the packing team members, motivate employees and recommend methods to improve production output.
Follow-up on the implementation of the applicable standards on the filling lines.
Responsible of delivering statistical reports based on production performance (Productivity, O.E.E “Overall equipment efficiency”, time and materials waste).
Operating and monitoring the B.M.S “Building management System” On HVAC “Heating, ventilating and air conditioning”.
Responsible of the proper storage of in- process materials and quarantined drug products.
Participated in maintaining production SOP’s up to date .
Responsible to self inspect factory premises and personnel for GMP compliance.
