Manage civil infrastructure projects and mentor local engineers. Projects include sewerage reticulation, stabilization ponds, drainage, buildings and road works.
Managed military projects such as construction of civil infrastructure and military barracks in Afghanistan. Projects included residences, offices buildings, storage units, industrial units, wastewater treatment units and utilities for large military compounds. Participated in base planning and technical coordination committees. Prepared Scopes of Work (SOW) for projects, wrote RFP’s, selected contractors and oversaw design work and on-site construction.
Managed design and construction of residential units, civil infrastructure, grading, industrial buildings, pavement, warehouses and land development at a US Military Base. Developed Work and Task Statements, participated in base planning and technical coordination and general contract and project administration. OSHA Safety standards and USACE quality standards compliance. Software included AutoCad.
