project deliverables; while maintaining client relationship.
* Develop works schedule for the design process; study resource & time requirements; and ensure compliance with project
requirements; engage in tasks to avoid conflict with pre-scheduled tasks.
* Oversee tender management process, handle contracts, and meet performance targets
* Handle day to day operations in the Design Studio & onsite; and monitor progress on assigned tasks as delegated to the station

* Supervise site, coordinate with project stakeholders on design concept, plan jobs & manage design works on weekly basis.
