1.3. Cheques
2. Reconciliations
3. General filling
Creditors :1. Receiving The statements and Tax Invoices
2. Make payments to:
2.1. Attorneys
2.2 Municipalities
2.3. Property companies
2.4. Stationers, etc.
3. Recording of the transactions 4. Assist with the filing of documents
Financial Administration
1. EFT payments on Business online
2. Morning Balances
3. receive claims from other departments and reimburse
them (by EFT, cash or cheque)
4. Prepare cheques to be signed by the Director General
5. Petty Cash * reimbursement of the float
* Follow up by attaching the supporting
documents on vouchers
6. Cashing of cheques and safekeeping of cash thereof
7. Processing of salary advances
8. Counting and preparation of cash to be banked
