• Project involved for Petrochem where Tank Farm for Chemical Bulk Storage, Styrene Cooler System, Chemical Drum Storage Warehouse and other miscellaneous like Implementation of N2 generation system for the Chemical storage Terminal, Procurement & Installation of Drum filling machine.

• Major role in design stage of Tank Farm for Chemical Bulk storage in Coordination with Engineering Consultant M/s. W.S. Atkins and conveying Petrochem requirements for the Project by reviewing drawings and Technical specifications.
• Actively participated in awarding the Contract for Tank Farm Project, which was awarded in three different contracts namely Civil, Building & drainage works Contract, Mechanical, Piping & Vertical steel tanks works contract and Electrical & Instrumentation works contract.
• Major role in Construction phase of Tank Farm Project, coordinating with Engineering consultant and Three contractors at site for timely completion of project in line with project specification. Part of Testing & Commissioning of Tank Farm and Taking Over the same on behalf of Petrochem.
• Major role in Procurement, Technical evaluation, installation, Testing & Commissioning of Styrene Cooling system for Bulk storage of Styrene.
• Major role in procurement stage of Nitrogen generation system and its implementation including its Testing & Commissioning.
• Major role in procurement stage of Drum filling machine and its installation including its Testing & Commissioning.
• Major role in design stage and construction stage of Chemical Drum Storage warehouse.
• Major role in execution, handing over the project to the client including getting BCC in lesion with the governmental authority.
• To coordinate the works with all parties for final handing and involved in day to day construction activities which is in construction stage.
• Major role in execution of projects as project management staff for the Developer and directly reporting to the Vice president cum Head of Engineering Department.
• Coordinate the works & Meeting between the client, the consultant, main contractor & subcontractors.
• Monitoring the progress of work, the contract issues with the main contractor, procurement and scheduling of Nominated subcontractors, coordination with the suppliers and approving of the PC items.
• Coordinate with the authorities during different stages of the projects including coordination with DEWA, Etisalat, Du etc. Coordination with DM and JAFZA for attaining the final completion certificate.

• Dealt with QA/QC procedures and performing QS responsibilities.
• Part of handing over team looking into the technical aspects of the projects and coordinating with the end users in handing over the units.
• Was part of the team at the design stage of project involving in discussion with the consultant, government authorities for approval of the drawing, main contract awarding etc.
• Took care of Facility Management for arranging the annual maintenance contracts, handling completed building during liability period, coordinating with the end users complaint and warranty issues etc.
• Was a part in handing over of completed building to Owner’s Association and dealing with the authorities like RERA and Dubai Land department.
• Was actively involved during design stage of project and its authority approvals.
• Was In charge of projects, handling independently all the projects and reporting directly to the Project Manager.
• Arranging and conducting meetings on site with contractors, subcontractors and attending client’s meetings at site.
• Reviewing and approval of shop drawings and material submittals.
• Site inspection and approval of works executed at site.
• Monitoring and follow up of site progress and updating project manager and client.
• Taking full responsibility at the time of handing over of the project, preparing of snags, going through de-snagging procedure and coordinating with government authorities for final completion certificate.

• Handled construction of Industrial buildings like Glass & Aluminum factory, Block factory, paint factory etc.
In the above mentioned company, I have handled Civil Works related to High Rise Buildings and was involved in Estimation, Project Execution and Handing Over of the projects including preparing bills, organizing meetings with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, etc.
