Detailed Key Responsibilities
I. Clerical Duties
✓ Responsible in maintaining, monitoring, and keeping of proper office supplies, stationeries, and office equipments.
✓ Preparation of departmental minutes of the weekly meetings.
✓ Responsible in HR coordination, queries & internal requests by fellow employees to be applied in HR's database.
✓ Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointment for the General Manager.
✓ Responsible for employee's attendance monitoring and Summary preparation each monthly payroll.
II. Sales Coordination
✓ Provides support and assistance to the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives for sales related activities on a daily basis.
✓ Coordinating with the customers/suppliers for the delivery of items ordered.
✓ Responsibility to generate various reports from the computer system including; Sales, Stock, Quotation and other related reports.
II. Other Responsibilities
✓ In- charge in requesting and assigning Credit limits for each customer.
✓ Assigned as a Logistics officer, mainly the invoicing function
✓ Preparation of Requests for Local Purchase Order (LPO) to suppliers.
